Marco Royal Nicodemo:
"It is a deep passion for comic books and modern superhero mythology that lead me to develop a project that would allow me to try and become these characters. The creation of these works through the learning of new media has allowed me to explore what it would be like to be able to control matter on a molecular level or to face giant monster snowmen in an epic battle. These images have become reflections of current issues and offer interesting views of our universe in the same way that comic books have done for decades. Through the Shopdropping Montreal project, I was able to use this imagery to reclaim parts of the consumer visual space."
